Monday, March 2

Community

FISD School Board Meeting: A regular meeting of the Frisco ISD Board of Trustees. Meeting begins at 6:30 pm at the Frisco ISD Admin Bldg. The Board will immediately go into closed session and resume open meeting at 7:30 pm for regular business.


Tuesday, March 3

Community

City Council Meeting: 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm, City Council Chambers, City Hall. Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Minutes are available following approval. You can attend City Council meetings or watch it online.

Arts and Entertainment

Ladies Who Launch: 11:30 am – 1:00 pm at Crest Infiniti. Whether you’re an artist, business owner, patron of the arts, entrepreneur, or “wantrepreneur”, you’re welcome to attend and connect with our boss ladies who launch! Please register in advance.

Health and Fitness

Get to Know Frisco Mixer: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm at Heirloom Haul and Flea Style. Welcome to Texas, y’all! Come and go or stay a while! This free event is casual and open to the public. Grab a friend and shop at Flea Style or mingle with some newbies over at Heirloom Haul. They have a craft room set up, perfect for the little ones. Light snacks provided. Beer, wine, and teas available for purchase.

HeartStories GNO: 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm, Verona Villa. Gather with girlfriends for a creative night sipping wine and arranging greenery floral crowns at the “Crowns of Clover GNO”. HeartStories is thrilled to have Amanda Baze Hall, former Ms. Wheelchair Texas, joining as a Special Guest to inspire you to become your own advocate.

Don’t miss the kid’s activity on March 7-8: St. Patrick’s Day and spring signs for kids to decorate. $5 per child per sign.

Acton Children’s Business Fair: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm at Frisco Fresh Market. The largest entrepreneurship event for kids in North America. The one-day Business Fair is a culmination of ideas and hard work from great young minds. Kids develop a brand, create a product or service, build a marketing strategy, and then open for customers.
