Sports

The Cowboys Hour: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Neighborhood Services, Omni Frisco. FREE and open to the public. Cowboys players join hosts Brad Sham, Kevin Turner, and Taylor Stern on Monday nights throughout the season.

Women Enhancing Business Morning Social: 8:30 am – 9:30 am, Mochas & Javas. Wake up with the businesswomen of Frisco! Enjoy coffee and networking and start your morning off with added energy! The event is free, but please let us know you’re coming.

Frisco ISD Parenting Event: 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm at Frisco ISD Administration Board Room. Topic: Leaning Into Sorrow – Understanding and Supporting Grieving Children and Teens.

IF Mentor: UNT entrepreneurship and venture specialists offer mentoring sessions every Wednesday at Inspire Park for entrepreneurs and startup companies in the North Texas region. Mentoring is available from 9:00 am – 11:00 am, and from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm.

The Frisco Fair at Frisco Fresh Market: October 25 – November 3, the Frisco Fair is the ultimate in family fun! This event is bringing kiddie rides, family rides, spectacular rides, and thrill rides to Frisco!

Stonebriar Community Church Fall Festival: 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Bounce houses and other inflatables, games, balloon artists, and face painting all FREE (no admission and no tickets to participate). Chick-Fil-A ($5) and pizza will be available for sale ($2) as well as popcorn and sodas.

Trick or Treat at Fire Safety Town: 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Come in costume for this Frisco favorite. Children 5th grade and under can enjoy exploring the fire truck, the safety house, and of course trick or treating in the little village. This popular event draws big crowds so be prepared for off-site parking and a wait in line.

A Heritage Halloween: 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm at Frisco Heritage Museum. Come early to enjoy a full evening of spooky fun with old-fashioned Halloween games and activities. Explore Frisco’s past with true tales of mystery presented throughout the night in our historic buildings. Also, an outdoor movie: Abbott & Costello Meet Frankenstein. Bring blankets or lawn chairs for seating. Coolers and snacks are welcome, but alcohol is not allowed.


Saturday, October 26

Shopping and Services

Frisco Fresh Market: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. Come out to the Frisco Fresh Market every weekend! There’s always something fun planned for the kids and adults. Browse and shop local, high quality! Free yoga at 9:00 am!

Frisco Rotary Farmer’s Market: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm at 8821 4th Street. Every Saturday from April 20 – October 26 shop farm-fresh produce, meats, eggs, baked goods, preserves, fresh flowers, soap, handcrafted items and more.

Community

Beer and Boos Fest: 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm at Dr Pepper Ballpark. A FREE event with a wealth of great Halloween-themed activities for the whole family to enjoy, including a petting zoo, pumpkin painting, and trick-or-treating (while supplies last). The always-popular costume contest begins at 1:00.

Friscovania: 3:00 – 8:00pm, Toyota Stadium. Join the party for this FREE kid-friendly Halloween extravaganza and safe Trick-or-Treat Zone. The event will include live music, a haunted carnival, magic shows, costume contest, photo ops, food trucks, and much more!

FRAKESenstein Manor III with Crux Cigars: 7:00 pm – 12:00 pm, Industrial Cigar Co. 3rd annual ICC Halloween Costume Party. Costume contest, food, and plenty-o-drink. It’s a Frakes-enstein event (in honor of the Owners, the Frakes family!) Open to the public, but tickets are required.

Trick or Treat in The Rail District: 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Bring the kids to The Rail District in Downtown Frisco for trick or treating! Many merchants will be participating and there will be FREE face painting in front of Countdown 2 Escape!

Arbor Fest: 9:00 am. Join the Urban Forestry Board and the Frisco Garden Club for a ceremonial tree planting and proclamation.

Buffalo Stomp-Wildflower Seed Planting: 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm at Cottonwood Creek Park. Join Play Frisco’s Natural Resources team and the Frisco Garden Club for its annual native wildflower seeding event. Help stomp seed into the meadow for a beautiful spring bloom.

The Star Car Show: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm at The Star. See some of the most popular antique and classic muscle cars throughout the decades. Kids will also enjoy a ‘Trunk or Treat’ from the cars on Cowboys Way and The Star Blvd. Costumes are encouraged!

Health and Fitness

AKF Walk: 7:30 am – 2:00 pm, Frisco Square. 5K Run, Fun Run, Family Walk, and Family Fun Activities, benefitting the Aga Khan Foundation in their mission help some of the most remote, hard-to-reach parts of Asia and Africa.

Free Community Yoga Class: 10:00 am – 11:00 am at Dwell Yoga Studio. This donation-based, all-level class will flow through traditional vinyasa and hatha yoga postures. 100% of donations will go to the studio’s charity of the month.

Enjoy unlimited rides and inflatables by purchasing a wristband, or pay per activity. There are also plenty of free games and candy to enjoy! Food trucks will be on-site; costumes are welcome.

Trick or Treat the Square: 11:00 am – 6:00 pm, Frisco Square. One of Frisco’s favorite, free, family events featuring carnival games, inflatables, a game truck, a vendor market, and more!

Trunk or Treat: 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm, Collin College, Frisco campus. Bring your candy-loving, costume-clad family members to this FREE event. Enter your children in the costume contest, compete for the best-decorated car, and enjoy festive decorations as you walk from trunk to trunk to collect treats.
